Advantech BB-855-12920

The McPC Giga-MediaLinX media converter is ideal for Fiber-to-the-Desktop (FTTD) applications and for companies with frequent workstation moves and changes. Installing the McPC Giga-MediaLinX media converter in an available PCI slot in a workstation’s slot, adjacent to the NIC, eliminates eliminate the need to place media converters on top of desks or computers, reducing clutter of cords and adapters at the workspace.

The McPC Giga-MediaLinX media converter accommodates crossover or pass through connections with AutoCross, a feature which automatically selects the correct operating mode. LEDs are included to assist in network diagnostics and troubleshooting.
