Der PowerTrans PT-7710-Switch wurde zur Erfüllung der Anforderungen von Automatisierungssystemen für Umspannstationen (IEC 61850-3, IEEE 1613), Verkehrsleitsysteme (NEMA TS2) und Schienensysteme (EN50121-4) entwickelt. Die Gigabit-Funktionen und der schnelle Ethernet-Backbone des PT-7710, ein redundanter Ring und zwei redundante Netzteile mit 12/24/48 VDC oder 110/220 VDC/VAC steigern die Zuverlässigkeit der Kommunikation und verringern die Verkabelungskosten. Das modulare Design des PT-7710 vereinfacht auch die Netzwerkplanung und ermöglicht mehr Flexibilität, da Sie bis zu zwei Gigabit-Ports und acht schnelle Ethernet-Ports installieren können.
