We would like to inform you that Moxa is going to make changes to MiiNePort ST/SDK/NE ST Series.

What will change?
The MiiNePort ST/SDK/NE ST Series will switch power adapter supplier due to Moxa?s vendor management policy as the current manufacturer carries a high risk regarding product delivery stability.

The power adapters of some MiiNePort ST/SDK/NE ST series/models will be phased out and replaced due to Moxa's vendor management policy. The dimensions and plug angle of the replacement power adapter may vary from the current models. The detailed specifications and appearances of the power adapters and plugs listed above are as below:

The new power adapters will be available according to the delivery schedule as stated on page 1.

- If any need of these soon-to-be discontinued power adapters for an existing project, please contact your Moxa sales representative before the Last-buy Date. However, Moxa cannot guarantee that sufficient supplies of the current version; orders are subject to the availability of the power adapters.
- All service rules (e.g., warranty) still apply to discontinued products.
